Welcome to Rutland Psychotherapy

A place to feel heard. A place to heal.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’ve been struggling for a long time or have recently found yourself facing unexpected challenges, you deserve a space where you can talk openly, without pressure or judgement.

Rutland Psychotherapy provides thoughtful, compassionate therapy for adults, and young people, either face to face in Oakham or nationally online. We know that no two people experience life in quite the same way, so we take the time to understand you, your experiences, and what matters most to you.

Our hope is that from the moment you arrive, you’ll feel a little lighter—not because all the answers are there, but because you no longer have to carry everything on your own.

Healing rarely happens all at once. It begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. From there, change becomes possible.
